This month Moffat Commercial Cooking Equipment newspapers "Moffat Connection" was about the restaurant shop fit out of a laid-back restaurant, takeaway cafe and fresh produce store called " Three Blue Duck".

Selected equipment:
- Convotherm 4 10.10 electric combi-steamer oven that is used for baking fresh bread, steaming crab and roasting bones.
- Waldorf Bold including bratt pan, chargrill, griddle and fryers.
- 2 new Wastech Dishwasher and a GM glasswasher.
The goal of this successful restaurant is to reconnect with farmers.
