Consider the UC1300SD Gastronorm Stainless Steel 1300L Upright Storage Chiller, this cooling machine features self-closing doors to keep the interiors insulated. It also makes for hassle-free operation as its doors are designed to minimise temperature loss. Glazed safety glass doors make the chiller energy efficient. In terms of display, food and beverage items can be stored on 1/1 Gastronorm trays mounted on top of stainless steel rails. This allows for easy access and better visibility on the items stored inside.
The Gastronorm Stainless Steel 1300L Upright Storage Chiller is also fitted with a Dixell digital controller for precise temperature maintenance, with a range between +2°C to +8°C. It features front lockable castors that make transport and clean up a lot easier.
