Strong, durable and easy to clean, this machine will meet your everyday vegetable preparation requirements and is ideal for delicatessens, schools, caterers, pubs, hotels, sandwich bars and restaurants. Stainless steel base, designed to withstand the processing of large quantities. The large hopper allows bulky vegetables such as lettuces and cabbages to be processed while the clean lid design means no nooks and crannies for food residue to accumulate in. All parts that come into contact with food can be easily removed and cleaned. Safety function stops the machine from operating when the hopper is opened.
