Goldstein 1 Wok Chinese Range CWA1
• 1.6mm Stainless facia and hob standard
• Air cooled top saves 95% water compared to older style wok cookers.
• Easy clean heavy duty design
• Heat deflector for cool Ingredient, condiment shelf, removable for cleaning
• 2mm sub frame galvanised steel, 1.2 zinc anneal body
• Fitted with flame failure
• Knee operated Water swivel spout with extendable arm with timer
• Large trough with stainless steel skimmer box
• Knee operated Individually wok burners
• 1.2mm 304 stainless steel top deck
