- Stainless Steel paddle with interchangeable scrapers
- Seperate paddle and refrigeration switches
- Magnetic safety device, when lid is lifted, paddle stops automatically
- Electronic Density Control senses when ice cream is at desired consistency and turns off paddle motor, preventing the need to watch over the process
- Drainage system to aid the cleaning process
- Opening in lid allows the addition of ingredients throughout the paddle cycle
