You can always have a fresh salad with Turbo Air Salad Side Prep Table Hood. It is made of 240mm deep and 12 mm thick cutting board side rail that provides enough space and is made easy to use and sanitize.
The condensate system surfaces have been specially treated to prevent corrosion and overflow condensate water. Cold air flows all around the food pan area, covering underneath, front, top and the rear pan through forced air system.
