Doubling as a heated display merchandiser and a pie cabinet to maintain your stock, this Birko glass Pie Warmer can hold up to 100 pies for customer viewing and purchase. An integrated thermostat and thermometer gives you precise control over the condition of your pies, providing heat across all five fixed wire shelves. The glass sliding doors allow immediate access from staff at anytime which can then be removed for easier cleaning during downtime.
- Built to last – sturdy stainless steel #430 construction and crumb trays, fixed rack levels and metal lower element
- Perfect temperature – European thermostat plus thermometer and temperature display mean your pies are served just right
- Safe & stylish – heat resistant ABS control dials and handles, glass sliding doors (1 side), tempered safety glass and non-slip rubber feet
- Easy cleaning – simply slide out the racks and remove the crumb tray. Removable stainless steel sliding doors and fixed rear stainless steel panel
