Compact and powerful, the Robot Coupe Mini MP190 stick blender provides an excellent choice for preparing smaller quantities, thanks to its variable speed control and robust, commercial construction. Able to reach speeds of 2000-12500rpm, the blender is incredibly versatile and can easily mix up coulis and sauces, as well as emulsify and aerate preparations if required.
