Polar GL178-A Countertop Prep Fridge 4x 1/3GN
Get quick and easy access to all your chilled ingredients or pizza toppings. This countertop prep fridge from Polar can hold four 1/3 GN pans or eight 1/6 GN pans, which means it can reliably keep up to 67 litres of cold food covered under a stylish curved glass hinged lid.
With a built-in chopping or preparation board, this is a fantastic all-round servery unit that is ideal for sandwich bars, buffets, pizzerias or delicatessens. The gastronorm tray configuration can be adjusted according to your needs, and it is equally practical both in the kitchen or front of house in self-service areas.
Please note: This prep fridge's maximum ambient temperature is 32°C. GN pans are sold separately.
